By placing an order with Deeveear Agencies, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged during transit
The product is defective or unusable at the time of delivery
The wrong product has been supplied
All claims must be supported with clear photos or videos as proof.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
Opened or used resin, pigments, chemicals, or liquid materials
Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or usage
Customized or made-to-order items
Clearance or discounted sale items (unless damaged on arrival)
Stationery or gift items damaged after delivery
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Damage, defect, or incorrect product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Customer must contact Deeveear Agencies with order details and proof of issue.
Our team will review the claim within 2–5 business days.
If approved, one of the following will be offered:
Replacement of the product
Store credit
Refund (as applicable)
The mode of resolution is at the sole discretion of Deeveear Agencies.
5. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days after approval.
Bank processing times may vary.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Deeveear Agencies is at fault.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Return of Products
Products must be returned in original, unused, and sealed condition, along with original packaging and invoice.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
8. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk, wholesale, or B2B orders are non-refundable once dispatched.
Replacement may be considered only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
Deeveear Agencies shall not be responsible for:
Minor color variations in pigments or resin batches
Compatibility issues due to customer usage methods
Damage caused by courier mishandling beyond the claim period
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
