2. Shipping Locations
We ship orders across India.
Local deliveries within Coimbatore may be available based on order value and location.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment receipt.
Bulk or customized orders may require additional processing time.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Methods & Courier Partners
Orders are shipped via reliable third-party courier services or transport agencies.
The courier partner is selected based on delivery location, package size, and service availability.
Customers may request a preferred courier, subject to feasibility.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and courier rates.
Charges will be communicated and approved by the customer before dispatch.
Any additional charges levied by the courier (remote area fees, re-delivery charges, etc.) must be borne by the customer.

Tamil Nadu: 1–4 business days
Other Indian States: 3–7 business days
Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Packaging
All products are securely packed to minimize damage during transit.
Fragile items such as resin, pigments, and molds are packed with extra protective materials.
Deeveear Agencies is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling by courier partners.
8. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched (where applicable).
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the courier if needed.
9. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
Deeveear Agencies is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will apply.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.
Claims will be raised with the courier partner when applicable.
Deeveear Agencies liability is limited to the extent permitted by the courier and applicable laws.
11. Non-Delivery & Force Majeure
Deeveear Agencies shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Strikes or lockdowns
Transportation disruptions
Government restrictions
12. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk orders may be shipped via transport services instead of courier.
Delivery timelines and responsibilities will be communicated separately.
Unloading at the destination is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
