1. About Deeveear Agencies
DVR Agencies is a major supplier based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, dealing in:
Resin art materials
Pigments and colorants
Silicone molds
Stationery items (registers, notebooks, etc.)
Gift items and related products
2. Eligibility
Customers must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
Bulk and wholesale buyers represent that they are authorized to make purchases on behalf of their business.
3. Products & Availability
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference only.
Actual product color or appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches or display settings.
Availability of products is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable GST and taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
Full payment must be made before dispatch of goods.
Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other approved methods.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
Once confirmed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
DVR Agencies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Deeveear Agencies is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Opened or used resin, pigments, chemicals, and consumables are strictly non-returnable.
Approval is required before any return or replacement.
8. Product Usage & Safety
Resin, pigments, and chemical products must be used strictly according to recommended guidelines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, and safety precautions.
Deeveear Agencies is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse or improper application of products.
9. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders are processed on a non-returnable and non-refundable basis.
Any transit damage must be reported within the specified claim period.
Special pricing and terms for wholesale orders will be communicated separately.
10. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, content, images, and materials associated with DVR Agencies remain our intellectual property.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Deeveear Agencies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
12. Force Majeure
Deeveear Agencies shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
14. Amendments
Deeveear Agencies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will apply to all future transactions.
